As a trained Pilates teacher, Life Coach, and Hypnotherapist I help individuals re-wire negative subconscious thought patterns to create emotional freedom, optimal health, and a life aligned to  purpose and fulfilment. 

Prior to moving into the wellbeing space I had a diverse fast paced background in diplomacy, technology development, start-ups, investment, sales and marketing.
